1. Introduction

At Kamzo, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for both Employers and Freelancers. Our Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are issued for payments made on our platform. By using Kamzo, you agree to comply with the terms stated in this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The Freelancer fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified timeframe.
  • The delivered service is significantly different from what was agreed upon.
  • The Employer cancels the task before the Freelancer begins work.
  • Any payment made due to a technical error, duplicate transaction, or unauthorized charge.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • If the service has been delivered and accepted by the Employer.
  • If the dispute is based on personal preference rather than service quality.
  • If the Freelancer has already started or completed a substantial portion of the work.
  • If the refund request is made beyond 7 days after the transaction.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Kamzo account and go to the “Support” section.
  2. Submit a refund request with relevant details and supporting evidence.
  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of a disagreement between an Employer and a Freelancer, Kamzo provides a dispute resolution mechanism.
  • Both parties must provide evidence supporting their claims.
  • Kamzo’s decision will be final and binding.

6. Payment Gateway Charges

  • Refunds will be processed after deducting any applicable payment gateway charges (e.g., Razorpay fees).
  • If a payment was made via UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet, the refund may take additional time depending on the payment provider.
