Checklist of Information to Confirm – Key points you need to verify during the call (e.g., availability, confirmation, alternate time if needed). Call Script – A simple and clear guide to help you communicate professionally and effectively during the call. Action Required – Call the contact and confirm the appointment at the preferred time.
