Project Objectives:
- Hire a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Identify candidates with strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

- Streamline the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Role Definition: Create clear job descriptions, key performance indicators (KPIs), and compensation structures.
- Talent Sourcing: Use job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies to attract top candidates.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct resume reviews, telephonic interviews, and initial assessments.
- Interview Process: Schedule and conduct in-depth interviews with HR and sales leadership.
- Selection & Offer Rollout: Finalize candidates, negotiate salary, and issue offer letters.
- Onboarding & Training: Ensure smooth onboarding and initial sales training for new hires.
Key Metrics for Success:
- Number of qualified applicants per role
- Time-to-hire for each position
- Offer acceptance rate
- New hire performance during the probation period
